Do You Still Think What Happens in Washington D.C. is More Important Than What Happens in Your State Legislature?

For Virginia, Election Day November 2014 does not include the Virginia House or Virginia Senate, that's next year in 2015 (VA House and Senate) and then again in 2017 (just VA House) and in 2019 (VA House and Senate) and in 2021 (just VA House) and so on. This year for us in the Commonwealth November elections are just for our Federal seats in Washington, D.C.

But for those of you who almost never go to the polls when the 140 Virginia State Legislature seats are up for re-election because you think what happens in Washington, D.C. is more important and affects you the most, enjoy watching this! Washington is NOT the end-all-be-all when it comes to laws that directly affect you, your family, your home, your employment or your business.

Don’t forget 7 out of the last 10 Virginia General Assemblies, the #1 Fiscal Impact Statement Request from Virginia lawmakers was for “Sex Offender” Bills/Laws

Every January in Virginia, 1,200 to 2,400 bills for new laws are proposed and yet many of you still don't know who your one State Delegate and one State Senator are.

It's time for you to introduce yourself to them in time for the 2015 G.A. session, don't you think?
