Note- Years back Delaware was listed in the SMART Office certified list, I had noted it occurred on 05/03/2010, which made them the second State to be certified but as of February 2017 Delaware is no longer listed as AWA compliant. – Mary Devoy

  1. Guam
  2. Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands
  3. U.S. Virgin Islands

The Federal Adam Walsh Act/SORNA guidelines mandate the employers address be listed but not the company name. Of the 17 states that the SMART Office has certified as AWA/SORNA compliant (as of February 2017) 6 of them do not list ANY employer information, 3 only list the county and/or zip code and 8 post the street address (but not the employer/company name). So Federal Certification is possible without the employer’s address being publicly posted. For more information on employer information in the 50 states visit this page.
